Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the Community Development Office and the Community Development Committee
- Visit potential adopted communities and conduct needs assessments
- Schedule meeting with community leaders and develop a Community Development Plan for adopted communities
- Prepare the NSTP program in coordination with the Community Development Office
- Coordinate updates regarding the implementing rules and regulations of the nationwide NSTP program to the Academic Council and NSTP program teachers
- Prepare periodic and consolidated reports of the NSTP programs and activities
- Complete NSTP-related certificates, with corresponding serial numbers, as issued by CHED and TESDA
- Align NSTP learning objectives to the institution’s activities, projects and programs
- Recommend in-house training programs related to the Disaster Response and Risk Reduction (D3R) procedures
- Create information drives that promote the community outreach programs for faculty and staff
- Monitor the progress of adopted communities
- Teach at least 6 - 9 units per quarter
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Social Work or Social Science related courses
- At least 3 - 5 years of immersive experience in the execution, implementation and evaluation of social and community development programs
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in handling NSTP-related subjects
- Must be an individual with proven personal and professional integrity
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work around technology is preferred for this role
