- Evaluates students’ abilities and interests through aptitude assessments and interviews
- Identifies school issues that affect students’ academic performance
- Conducts individual group and counselling sessions to overcome behavioral problems or develop effective organizational skills and study habits
- Prepares yearly guidance modules that regularly meets the needs and concerns of the student body
- Prepares intervention programs for students that have been referred to the Guidance Center
- Collaborates with teachers, administrators and parents regarding student issues
- Conducts learning seminars or brainstorming sessions on school-related issues and career planning
- Maintains student guidance records as required
- Assists the Admissions Office in administering entrance examinations and group testing
- Refers possible cases of mental health disorders to partner Psychological clinics
Kualifikasi Minimum

Graduate of a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counselling either in Education or Psychology

Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC)

At least 3 - 5 years of immersive experience in different guidance and counselling services such as testing, placement, counselling and research

Knowledge in various models of teaching and guidance modules are preferred for this role

Must possess strong relationship-building and communication skills

Must have the ability to operate within a wide range of student background and personalities

Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)

Ability to work around new technological advancements is an advantage
