Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Administers and scores objective personality tests, structured personality tests, excluding projective tests and other higher-level forms of psychological tests
- Interprets the results of the psychological reports and prepares a written report on these results
- Conducts preparatory intake interviews of clients for psychological intervention sessions
- Handles the student admissions test administration and the release of test results
- Helps in the formation and update of a standardized CIIT Admissions Examination
- Conducts admissions interviews for proper program placement.
- Helps in the process and policy improvement of the admissions team
- Attends to all students, parents, and other clients referred to the Guidance and Counseling Center
- Coordinates with the school partner clinics for referral
- Extends support to the members of the Student Council, Student Organizations for the success of the Guidance programs, Office of Student Affairs programs, and Academics related events and activities
- Provides assistance during enrollment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS or AB Psychology
- Must be a Registered Psychometrician
- Must have at least a year of experience in test administration and in the handling of standardized psychological examinations
- Familiarity in clinical and intake interviews is an advantage
- Experience in test construction and test development is a distinct advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must for this position
- Amenable to work on Saturdays
