Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Student Affairs Management
- Maintenance and development of working relationship with students, faculty, school personnel, external agencies and other stakeholders
- Dissemination and publication of all internal communications to the student body in coordination with the Communications Officer and the Student Council
- Content supervision and oversight of the Student Portal (CIIT Wiki)
- Approval, study and research on the feasibility of all student-produced organizations, events, and activities
Student Experience
- Facilitation, creation and update of Student Services Survey and communication of results to concerned departments
- Coordination, dissemination and revision of the Student Handbook in coordination with the Disciplinary Officer
- General assistance during the enrollment period relating to all student related concerns and clearances
- Administration and direct supervision of student orientations and assemblies
- Assessment and interpretation of individual student needs and knowledge in creating appropriate referrals
Student Empowerment
- Coordination, assistance and support of student-related endeavors and competitions outside of the school
- Design and implementation of leadership and soft-skills workshops, training sessions, and activities for students
- General supervision, and regulation of the Student Council, the Student Organizations and the Student Body as a whole
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Psychology, Education, Marketing or Communications related courses
- At least 2 - 3 years of related experience in student management and leadership
- Exposure to educational and other leadership seminars and workshops is a distinct advantage
- Exposure to in planning and executing organizational events is an advantage
- Strong relationship - building and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion
- Ability to work around new technological advancements is an advantage
