Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assigns production support schedules
- Monitors SLA and escalates issue
- Provide first level production support
- Own ticket and follow playbook
- Monitor jobs and infrastructure
- Document and test resolution
- Test and deploy release
- Escalate ticket to Level 2 support if necessary
- Meet agreed upon SLA
- Document support procedure in the playbook
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Equivalent.
- Must have 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication skills
- Can easily adapt to the changing demands
