Operations Manager  

Full Job Description

· Discuss issues and concerns with Business Operations

· Give recommendations to issues

· Elevate bigger issues that needs the approval of the General Manager

· Overall monitoring of the project re-schedule

· Macro manage the project sites by comparing the accomplishments actual versus the planned

· Discussion of the budget with the Project Control Head

· Updating the methodology based on the available budget

· Ensure that all reports are properly done by the Operations Team

· Lead Engineering Operations Team to support development of processes & products that meet/exceed cost, quality, features, functionality and performance, and impress our customers.

· Direct contractors, subcontractors and engineers on entire maintenance aspect.

· Supervise and control daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.

· Analyze, forecast and manage operations and maintenance costs.

· Analyze purchases of supplies, tools and equipment.

· Support preparation of annual operating budgets.

· Analyze, approve and recommend approval of all change requests, orders, invoices and payment applications.

· Review methodology and communicate with QS for bidding inclusions.

· Meet clients for changes and other operational requirements

· Schedule maintenance activities complying with customer operational requirements.

· Manage and develop training of staffs

· Manage, develop, mentor and lead the Engineering Operations Team.

· Make organizational course corrections when necessary.

· Directly reporting to the General Manager

Qualifications:

· MS/BS degree in Business Administration or related to Business

· Minimum of 5‐7 years industry work experience in high-tech fast paced environment with demonstrated leadership skills

· Successful candidates for this position MUST have a proven hands‐on track record of leading teams and solving complex problems in a fast paced demanding environment.

· Requires strong interpersonal skills with co‐workers at all levels in the organization, plus excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly and effectively present ideas and subject matter details in front of peers and management.

· Great research and reporting skills

· Strong understanding of operations, services, and applications.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· A talent for technical innovation understanding.
