- 3-5 years relevant work experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Customs Broker license preferred with extensive knowledge of Customs products and the regulatory compliance environment
- Proven track record in people management role (leadership, motivation and people skills)
- Proficient decision making skills and diligent attention to details and ability to work under pressure
- High degree of commitment to excellence and analytical thinking
- High degree of written, verbal and organizational skills
- Excellent command of the English language
