- Acts as a liaison between the company executive and business partners.
- Planning, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating projects between the executive and other managers.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Take notes and prepare documents during meetings.
- Making travel and guest arrangements.
- Attend meetings and conferences in place of the corporate executive.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Business related course
- With knowledge of Chinese Language is a requirement
- With relevant working experience
- Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila
