Accounting Assistant | Valle Verde I, Pasig City  

Manage the expense reimbursement system: computes reimbursable expenses due to employees and officers, maintain expense data, review and analyze expenses per employee and officer, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Expense reporting:
  • Sorts documents evidencing expense reimbursements
  • Analyzes documents submitted and charges expenses to proper accounts or cost centers.
  • Posts transactions into expense system.
• Documentation
  • Prepares Request for Payment and supporting documents (QB printout, endorsement letters, invoices, billing, etc.)for submission to and approval of Accounting Supervisor.
• Expense control:
  • Compiles and maintains records of expense, per employee and officer, for submission to Accounting Supervisor.
  • Follow-up on discrepancies and or missing receipts.
• Reporting:
  • Prepares reports, such as expenses per employee and officer,
  • Prepares monthly/quarterly reports when needed.
• Other duties:
  • May be assigned accounting duties as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing, and typing.

• A graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
• Computer-literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in Valle Verde I, Pasig City, Mon - Fri 9AM - 6PM
