Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts;
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans;
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs;
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.);
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience;
- Assist in employee retention and development;
- Supervise recruiting personnel;
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events;
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
- Minimum five (5) years experience preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Management;
- Preferably with experience in Construction or Real Estate Company;
- Excellent verbal and effective written communication skills;
- Ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality with employee sensitive data;
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets;
- Dynamic, motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker, flexible, “can do attitude”;
- Has sufficient experience in managing and leading a team;
- Willing to work in Iloilo.
