Area Manager | Service Business | Ortigas Center, Pasig City  

The Area Manager is mainly responsible in planning, directing, and coordinating all organization’s operations. You will take charge in improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will also manage a team of 24 branch supervisors and other direct reports.

• Regularly review and analysis of financial data.
• Determine strategies to achieve sales, cost, and profitability targets.
• Prepare weekly sales, cost, profit, and ROI analysis.
• Analyze and forecast restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Area Managers to implement agreed upon strategies, practices, and promotions.
• Take lead in handling escalated guest concerns, reacting quickly and professionally with the goal to bring around full resolution with guest satisfaction top of mind.
• Ensure all equipment and store information is maintained at the highest level.

• Bachelor’s/College graduate in any 4-year course.
• At least 5 years of work experience in handling and managing stores in the service business industry.
• Previous leadership experience in the service business field.
• Adept in strategic planning and development, operational management, and improvement, financial analysis and forecasting, as well as people management and development.
