Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops department plans as set down by the Division Head ; helps look for new projects / opportunities and prepares proposal to intended recipient department;
- Create efficient flows by designing innovative tools, workstations and layout that adheres to the principles of ergonomics Identify root cause of existing problems and develop and implement cost effective and sustainable solutions that are backed up with rigorous data analysis;
- Tracks project timeline and prepares and submits project update to Division Head Oversees projects and monitors project life cycle ( prioritizes projects, schedules projects, plans & assigns IEs to handle certain projects );
- Reviews IE work plan & workload, reports project's roadblocks and plans to Division Head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field in a managerial capacity Candidates that have significant experience in Food Service, Manufacturing, FMCG, and or Business Consulting are preferred;
- Have a strong skills in Problem Solving, Work Measurement, Ergonomics and Product Design, Systems Analysis and Design, Facilities Planning, Basic Statistics and Project Management;
- Have strong business acumen, excellent analytic and organizational skills, with logical and analytic approach to investigation, identification, analysis and reporting;
- Able to understand and explain complex concepts clearly, detail oriented but able to see things from a broad perspective;
- Able to act with initiative, tact, and maturity, patience in dealing with people of differing abilities and background;
- Possesses excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and organizational skills, team player;
- Must have the willingness to update own knowledge of specific application and software.
