Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for contributing marketing information & recommendations to strategic plans & reviews;
- Implements productivity; monitors quality & customer –service standards, resolving problems, and determining improvements and changes.
- Identifies consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Generates and analyses forecasts for trends and challenges in line with the current methodologies utilized in the field via forecasting requirements of preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, evaluating variances and initiating corrective action.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Establishes pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Accomplishes merchandising and trade promotional programs, and develops field action plans.
- Maintains rapport with key clients through visits, explores & accommodates client’s specific needs and anticipates new opportunities through these visits
- Accomplishes HR objectives such as selection, orientation, training, disciplining, goal-setting & appraising of immediate subordinates; as targeted in the principles of the department.

Requirements:
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in any business related course, preferably Marketing Business Administration
- Computer proficient (excel, power point, word, outlook)
- At least 5-10 years in a supervisory/managerial position, preferably in an FMCG industry.
- Able to make sound decisions in behalf of the Senior Management and has a sense of contingency despite being under time pressure & tight deadlines.
- Proficient in financial analytical skills, budget management, sales reporting skills & forecasting skills
- Can multi-task and is attentive to detail,
- Fluent in English communications (Business letters & email correspondences); with the confidence for large-scale presentation to foreign nationals.
- Hard-working, goal/results-oriented, with good judgement & discretion from years of experience in the fields
- Has a positive outlook towards challenges and highly motivated for excellence
- Despite extensive working knowledge, still willing to learn and update personal knowledge skills
