Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Directs the total operations of the CIMC to ensure the efficient andeffective flow of services to its users
- Attends to the accessioning and cataloging of print and non-printresources and the indexing of information files such as vertical files, magazines and journals
- Sees to the implementation of rules and regulations governing theuse of CIMC and its resources
- Coordinates with the Curriculum and Instruction Heads and facultyin upgrading the requirements of print and non-print materials, equipment and supplies
- Encourages the maximum utilization of the library’s resources in view of its role as a support to instruction
- Conducts library orientation to all students and personnel at the start of the school year
- Monitors the cleanliness and general upkeep of the library
- Collects and records fines for overdue books
- Prepares quarterly reports, records and statistics of CIMC
- Conducts the inventory of library collection during summer
- Performs other duties designated by the School Head
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Library and Information Science / Library Management
- Preferably, with PRC license
- Preferably, with units in Master's Degree in Library Science
- Good communication and presentation skills
