Operations Team Manager  

What You Will Do

As a Team Manager under our Customer Due Diligence and Protection Group, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day activities as well as creating process improvements and efficiencies.

As Team Manager, you will:

• Directly work with Group Head to develop and implement projects end to end.
• Lead and ensure smooth execution and completion of key strategic initiatives for the Customer Due Diligence and Protection Group.
• Develop strategies to improve performance and drive growth for the Group.
• Work closely with the Group Head and Group team leads to solve problems and optimizing processes to meet Group KPIs.
• Oversee and manage the Group's daily metrics, SLAs, and workflows and work with Group team leads to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other functions including Engineering, Security, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and Business Development.

Who You Are

• Graduate of Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or equivalent
• Has a minimum of 5 years experience in Risk, Customer Due Diligence, and Operations or related field (experience in finance and/or tech is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Highly-flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledgeable in Google Suite programs
• Data-driven, thinks fast under pressure, and solves problems on the go without being overwhelmed
• Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
• Discreet and upholds customer privacy and confidential information
