People & Culture Associate (Temporary Maternity Leave)  

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, especially for staff and senior staff level (non-managerial level)
• Create employee engagement plans, including but not limited to initiate activities, create a proposal, obtaining approvals
• Content writing for internal newsletter (monthly magazine) as part of employee engagement program
• Promote HR and/or company programs and any HR-related announcements through an effective internal communication
• Maintain employee files and records

This position is for a temporary maternity leave replacement

• Bachelor's degree in psychology/management or any related fields
• Minimum 1 year experience in the HR department, especially in recruitment
• Familiar with creating job posts on job portals (i.e. Kalibrr, Linkedin, jobstreet), candidate sourcing, and interviewing
• Good communication skill and have the ability to build a relationship, internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and peers alike
• Passionate in creative writing, experience in content writing or social media is a big plus
• Advance level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio)
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Comfortable working both at the office and online
• Team player and self-starter who thrives in a diverse work environment and start-up culture
