Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors operation of all sports & recreation facilities.
- Ensures that the resort complies with all safety and security regulations mandated by the government and is diligently practiced to secure lives and properties.
- Supervises all lifeguards, grounds maintenance personnel, pool and public area attendants.
- Ensures that the Aqua Park and pools are clean and blue while swimmers are safe under the watch of competent and courteous lifeguards.
- Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the lakeshore, public areas, function halls and resort premises.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Postgraduate / Diploma holder preferably with relevant discipline in fitness/gym management.
- At least 6 months Work experience in a hotel resort's sports & recreation is prefered.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good customer relationship skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
