- Oversees the dining and banquet operations.
- Ensures the quality of customer service, and food are always excellent.
- Ensures compliance of the restauratn to international standards for food safety and sanitation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 years management experience in Food and Beverage Service.
- Above average creativity, leadership and critical thinking skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Training facilitation skills.
