Human Resource (HR) Manager  

We are looking for a resourceful, creative and competent Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource policies, practices and processes. He/She will support business needs and align human resources.

The goal is to engage our team and enable business success through job design, recruitment, teamwork, training and development, and a dynamic performance rewards system.

This is a critcal position that requires high levels of energy, alertness, enthusiasm, and a general love of people.

There is never a dull moment in this department, and you need to be able to handle long-term projects as well as your day-to-day responsibilities.

• At least 5 years experience in Human Resources Management;
• Above average creativity and conceptual skills;
• Training facilitation skills will be an advantage;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
