Operations Officer  

The Night Duty Operations officer directs and oversees the hotel's operations during the night shift to ensure guests' satisfaction and safety. Acts as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Guest Services and Front office manager by dealing with complaints, issues and other problems that may arise at night. Manages the night shift employees and ensures all employees perform well the tasks assigned to them.

He/she needs to work closely with the Housekeeping department to improve guests' services and improve inter-department communications. He/she conducts the daily night audit and reports any suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Security department.

• Preferably a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related Management course
• At least 3 years of work experience as a resort or hotel officer/manager
• With outstanding leadership skills and attention to details
• Can effectively communicate with both guests and employees
• Preferably with training on Basic Life Support, CPR and Basic First Aid
• With Basic Occupational Safety and Health training an advantage
