- Data Entry
- CRM management
- Administrative tasks
- Basic financial support
- Completing template based email communications
- Following-up with clients for updates and outstanding requirements
- Working through inbox of generally set tasks and the occasional project relating to backdating
- Policy processing. Learn insurance system
- Learn various insurance processing systems’ (training will be provided)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any college or university degree.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in office administration, or processing transactions
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent communications skill
- Good computer skills, especially in using MS office
- Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize issues for problem resolution.
- Fast Learner
- Team player and able to work well under pressure.
- Has excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Resourceful with effective time management skills.
- Flexible attitude towards work and adaptable to understand the needs of a young company.
- Can easily to adapt to both small and large updates to familiar processes.
- Takes initiative to look out for common requirements that aren't always pointed out within processes.
- Experience for the insurance company will be an advantage.
