Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties and responsibilities:
- Be responsible for Client on and off boarding.
- Process billing transactions.
- Assist in Client job finalisations in conjunction with Accounting Team.
- Maintain database.
- Support and directly report to Operations Manager in New Zealand and to assist Team Lead in the Philippines whenever needed.
- Perform ad hoc tasks that will be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or its equivalent course.
- 2 years related work experience.
- Experience working for a New Zealand or Australian accounting is a plus.
- Experience in using Xero accounting software is also a plus.
- Experience is using Workflow Max will be an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented.
- Can easily adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Can-do attitude, shows initiative, and driven.
