Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Data Entry – code and enter documents
- Liaise with client staff e.g. transaction enquiries; expense receipts etc.
- Enter and monitor monthly re-occurring General Ledger Journals
- Reconcile Accrual accounts
- Process monthly Statement Reconciliations
- GST returns preparation and filing
- Reconcile clients’ bank and credit card accounts
- Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account reconciliations
- Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts
- Financial Statement reports and analysis
- Various accounting support tasks as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- 1 to 2 years related work experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Experience working for a New Zealand or Australian accounting is an advantage
- Experience in using Xero accounting software is nice to have
- Must be attentive to details and a fast learner
- Can easily adapt to new processes and technologies
- With a good attitude, show initiative and driven
- Ability to work independently and can collaborate with a team
- Must have an excellent communication skill
