Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reconcile clients’ bank and credit card accounts using Xero
- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns with oversight of NZ accounting team
- GST returns preparation and filing
- Liaise with client staff e.g. transaction enquiries; expense receipts etc.
- Entering sales and purchase invoices in Xero (data entry)
- Enter and monitor monthly re-occurring General Ledger Journals
- Reconcile Accrual accounts
- Process monthly Statement Reconciliations
- Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account reconciliations
- Financial Statement reports and analysis
- Various accounting support tasks as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- 3 years accounting / finance work experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience for a NZ / AUS / UK small to medium sized accounting firm, focusing on tax compliance
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Previous experience working for a NZ / AUS / UK accounting firm is a must
- Experience in using Xero accounting software
- Must have good attention to detail and be a fast learner
- Can easily adapt to new processes and technologies
- With a good attitude, hardworking, loyal and take ownership of the role
- Ability to work independently and can collaborate with a team
- Must have an excellent communication skills
