Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reach out to prospects via email with template to qualify leads - qualifying and processing marketing leads and generating summarized reports
- Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and upload in the CRM system
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system.
- Conduct research for a specific type of industry
- Perform administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years and up years of experience in customer service, lead generation or sales role
- Has previous experience with LinkedIn lead generation
- Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project
- Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure message is resonating with potential customers
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, google docs.
- Willing to learn with the job and grow
- Ability to follow processes but think outside the box if required
- Experience in lead gen and/or administration (both advantageous)
- Ability to learn software products eg pipedrive, maybe a project management tool
- Open to share learnings and suggestions with a wider team
- Enthusiasm and drive to succeed and grow within the role
- Ability to multi-task
