The HR Officer role would have the opportunity of working with inspiring and interesting employees. You will have a level of autonomy to perform your role while reporting directly to the Operations Manager of the company.
The job will evolve quickly and will require dynamism, flexibility, team collaboration mixed with autonomous working and adaptability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and On-boarding:
- Partner with managers on headcount or manpower requirements.
- Supervise the Recruitment Assistant in administering recruitment process including developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Conducts the onboarding process for new employees
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates, etc.
Training and development :
- Organize bi-annual employee performance management and other ad hoc changes, such as out-of-cycle promotion
- Coordinate with managers on the training needs and organize trainings events
- Arrange in-house and external seminars useful for the employees
- Employee engagement and rewards
- Organize company-wide cyclical team building activities or events.
- Designs and implements a Company-wide recognition program to ensure top talents are recognized in the organization
Employee and Labor Relations:
- Inform management on the latest DOLE related memo and policies
- Administer the preparation of NTE and HR-related memo and maintain employee records
- Resolve Human Resources related issues while ensuring the confidentiality of information
- Provide assistance to employees with benefits issues including government statutory, HMO, leaves, and loans
- Provide employee counseling, as needed
Other HR and Office Admin support:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Facilitates implementation, development and alignment of appropriate HR policies, processes, procedures and practices.
- Manage and process payroll while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assists in the timely filing and processing of government-related employee benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, etc.
- Manage employee exit process, which includes conducting exit interview, paperwork administration, final pay computation and release.
- Supervise the Administrative Assistant in ensuring orderliness and proper office administration
- Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics for management reporting
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
Required skill(s):
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience in General HR (recruitment, payroll processing, learning & development, rewards, employee relations, and engagement).
- Good knowledge of employment or labor laws
- Experience on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll flatform
- Great “people-person” skills and professional attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate effectively to stakeholders
- Can work with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environment
