Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and send (via email) invoices including expense reimbursement invoices
- Upload payment files to the NDIS platform
- Input debtor payments
- Raise credits where necessary
- Send statements
- Deal with minor debtor queries
- Prepare Weekly Invoicing Reports required by certain debtors
- Perform other tasks as requested by the client or management
Clear Admin People is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to work with our client, an Australia-based healthcare recruitment agency that provides managed labour and staffing solutions in the disability, aged care & youth sector.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years of Australian account experience
- Background in processing claims, invoices, and remittances
- Strong MS Excel proficiency and experience with MYOB or similar accounting software
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Teams, OneDrive)
- Experience in Accounts Payable is an advantage
