Company Nurse cum HRSS Staff  

• Provides nursing assistance to the President and other employees.
• Assist, Check and Verify employees who are sick before giving medicines.
• Monitor hypertensive employees.
• Giving health teaching to employees.
• Managing medical records of the employees.
• Post health updates or information on the bulletin board, gate 1 and 3.
• Sent or accompanied the employee to the nearest Hospital / EENT Clinic who are injured during working hours. Bring the following forms if needed.
• Monthly inventory of medicines and first aid boxes.
• Monitoring of Drug Expiration
• Assist Company Doctor during check-up.
• Prepare Company Doctor’s Payroll.
• Records all the patient’s info and summary about the incident report/accident report to Nurse Logbook and IR monitoring.
• Monitor patients every week and make sure it will be examined by our company Doctor every clinic day.
• Apply First aid treatment for all the patient that need’s medical attention
• Incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
• Monthly replenished of First Aid kit items to Different Departments (Finishing Office Chair and Woodworking and Powder Coating)
• Monthly Inventory of supplies given to the three Departments.
• Prepare medicine notebook every year.
• Filing of APE results(Laboratory,ECG, and X-RAY findings)

OTHER RESPONSIBILITY​​​​​

• Assist Applicants and give them personal data sheet.
• Weekly update of manpower listing of MFI- Cebu (Thru Ma'am Czarina) and MFI Davao (Thru Ma'am Reah).
• All other tasks that can be assign fo future purposes.

• Must be a licensed Nurse
• Has at least 1 year experience in the field is a plus.
• Willing to extend working hours if necessary
• Must have a pleasing personality
• Willing to work in Sauyo Road Novaliches QC.
