Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the management of HR activities to ensure legally sound and effective human resource practices.
- Implement an effective employee recruitment and staffing to support the department's needs for employees for direct and contractors' employees.
- Assists in the preparation and implementation of programs and policies as well as knowledge of government regulations are required for this position.
- Assists in the training analysis and preparation and the delivery of the training need to the personnel.
- Support the implementation of the employee evaluation program and to help ensure that it is implemented effectively and uniformly.
- Ensures that HR strategies are aligned with organizational business goals.
- Supervises the operation of the HR Group to ensure that operational requirements are met.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, and other related field.
- With at least 3 years of work experience in a supervisory role; has good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays in Sauyo, Novaliches Quezon City (near Mindanao Avenue)
- Can work overtime whenever required.
- Has adequate knowledge of labor laws and its compliance.
