Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accounting Systems and Procedures
- Designs, reviews, and improves internal control systems of all departments to ensure safeguarding of company assets.
- Designs, reviews, and improves accounting systems and procedures covering CFMI, CLCMV, and MFI, as necessary
- Ensures that accounting and reporting system, with emphasis on work flow, is in place to meed deadlines.
- Financial Reporting
- Ensures accurate financial transaction posting, F/S preparation, A/R and A/P processing, and maintaining inventory and fixed asset records
- Prepares comprehensive monthly financial reports and supporting statistical schedules which are used for internal analysis and evaluation by various departments as well as ManCom.
- Supervises accounting staff
- External Accounting
- Assists external auditor
- Handles problems involving F/S and regulatory reporting.
- Computes Incentives Support Group; Support (CFMI,CLCMV, MFI)
- Cost Accouting
- Prepares/ submits to ManCom a Cost Variance Report which highlights significant differences, validates with concerned departments, and recommends appropriate action.
- Reviews and validates (standard) cost accounting assumptions and factors, and recommends changes if needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS Accountancy, CPA, has 3-5 years work experience in Accounting preferably holding a managerial position.
- A good team player, proactive willing to work beyond office hours whenever necessary.
- The person will be assigned in our Cebu Operations.
