Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Strictly enforce and introduce improvements in quality assurance systems and policies
- Generate reports and corrective actions accurately on required time period
- Regular training & monitoring of plant & store personnel on food safety guidelines
- Provide solutions & production improvements thru raw material alternatives & process efficiencies
- Organize, plan, train and enforce technical matters to comply with HACCP principles and standard
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Industrial), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Professional working knowledge in baking an advantage Knowledgeable in food manufacturing processes
- Good verbal and writing skills in English & Filipino
- HACCP, GMP and ISO background preferably in Bakery or food processing
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
