Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead internal audit group.
- Lead participation in dealing with noncompliance all the way to prosecuting major fraud.
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or its equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in leading at least 3 personnel for a minimum of 2 years.
- At least 4 years of work experience in Audit and Accounting.
- Preferably a Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience specializing in Finance Audit/Taxation or its equivalent.
- Proven discipline in financial / cash auditing work.
- Proven discipline in deliveries and in detecting or enforcing systems and policies compliance
- Actual participatory background in enforcing personnel disciplinary policies and regulations.
- Adequate background in forensic accounting or financial investigations is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for formal reports.
- Excellent project management skills for orchestrating multiple auditing work.
