Projects & Licensing Specialist  

Clairmont is looking for an in-house architect to join out Projects and Licensing Team. The individual will be primarily responsible for developing conceptual designs and project briefs in accordance to business requirements and applicable codes for new residential and commercial property projects. In addition, the associate will be responsible for:

• Based on the conceptioal design and project brief, coordinating with the Architect and other designers on record for the creation of the "For Construction Plans";
• Compiling requirements needed to secure applicable permits;
• Compiling bids form suppliers and contractors, generating the applicable PO's;
• Monitoring construction to ensure the constructions conforms to plan, in associateion with the construction manager and onsite Project and Licensing associate.
