- Handle recruitment and filling-up of vacancies.
- Process employees contract.
- Opens and maintains employees 201 file.
- Monitors status of contractual and probationary employees and sees to it that decision is reached before the end of the employees sixth (6th) month probationary or contractual employment.
- Updates employees Vacation and Sick Leaves records.
- Prepares Attendance and Punctuality report in a monthly basis and sees to it that this report is submitted to the management on or before 5th of every month.
- Issues warning and/or inter-office memorandum to employees/s who have violated company policies, rules and regulation and Code of Conduct.
- Sees to it that all mandatory government benefits are submitted accurately, completely and on time.
- Social Security System & ECC contribution remittance.
- PHIC contribution remittance
- Pag-Ibig remittance
- SSS and HDMF Loan remittance
- Report on newly hired, resigned or terminated employees to SSS, PHIC and Pag-Ibig.
- Processing of Tax Identification Number of new employees
- Submit update of employees exemption status to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR Form 0905).
- Attends to employees inquiries, complaints and/ or recommendations/ proposals and sees to it that proper action are done or implemented to avoid unnecessary incidents.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Department; compose and type letters, memorandum and other correspondence related to assigned human resources programs and activities; prepare a variety of reports including status reports.
- Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resources;
- At least 6 months of related working experience is required;
- Amenable to work in Makati;
