Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To meet agreed sales targets
- Build and maintain good relationships with various client.
- Responsible for growing and developing new clients to increase market share as well as maintaining current and existing customers.
- Perform sales retention activities to ensure continuity of client relationship.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with each of our clients.
- Actively pursue all opportunities within your sales territory to maximize sales revenue potential for your entire territory.
- Abide by the established working conditions and/or work hours as may be determined by the interests of the company.
- Devote your time and attention to the service of the company and work on all matters assigned to you.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Execute strategic plans to achieve sales target
- Assure Sales Growth on all assigned Accounts.
- Trouble shoot any problem that will arise from the accounts assigned.
- Adhoc duties determined by the management may be performed from time to time.
- Willing to work in QC near SM Sta. Mesa
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
