Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure the attainment of the target clients and portfolio through activities in consonance with the policies and procedures of the bank.
- Ensure the profitability of the accounts handled.
- Ensure that credit discipline and zero tolerance on delinquency are strictly implemented among clients.
- Conduct data validation through house visits of all potential clients given by the Microfinance Supervisor within his assigned area.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good communication skills.
- Adept in the local dialect.
- Willing to do field work and travel extensively.
- Knows how to drive a motorcyle.
- With driver's license.
- Willing to be assigned in Carcar, Dalaguete, Oslob, Moalboal, Malabuyoc, Balamban, and Toledo.
