Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Digital Recruitment Practitioner should be able to create a database for Candidates Application Tracking System (CATS), organize and digitize recruitment documents, and create a monitoring system to ensure compliance with recruitment requirements. S/he will update and monitor the Recruitment Library and link it to CATS. S/he will be immersed with end-to-end recruitment to come up with recommendations on process enhancement, including automation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Computer-related courses.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in digital recruitment.
- Should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas,Pasig City.
