Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of programs related to technical banking capability development of employees. S/He facilitates the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in the bank and reports the result of the assessment. S/He provides automation/innovative solutions to improve and digitalize learning programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development, or Social Sciences;
- With at least 2 years experience in the related field;
- Excellent oral and written cumminication skills;
- Mastery level in MS Excel and Powerpoint;
- Willing to travel.
