Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the technical sustaining activities in the operation especially during qualification of proto-type model.
- Coordinate the execution of manufacturing schedules base on production plan capacity and related activities.
- Conduct failure analysis of non-conforming process or product and initiate corrective or preventive actions in order to prevent re-occurence of the failure.
- Ensure all production machines and equipment's to be 100% operational with the help from the Engineering/Technical group.
- Record and monitor all machine downtime and parts replacement.
- Conduct product process cycle time analysis and line balancing
- Monitor production activities to ensure production of quality products and delivery of goods based on the customers required time frame.
- Ensure smooth transition flow of product from Proto-type model to Mass Production Model.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Engineering program/course (IE,EE,ME,ECE)
- With experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work under minimum supervision
