Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Summary:
- Will review of Company’s tax exposure on business and accounting practices
- Review of contracts to check & assess that terms & conditions maximize profits, limit financial risks & tax compliant
- Monitor proper contract execution (signed by both parties & notarized) to ensure any obligation arising from said contracts are accounted for
- Ensure completeness, existence & validity of ALL contracts
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management and/or other related courses
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least five (3) years of work-related experience.
- Excellent financial analysis and reasoning
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Extensive knowledge in tax compliance and regulations, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
