Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Keep track and record all site activities and costs being expended on the project.
- Preparation and summaries of all measured works.
- Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
- In charge of preparing MEP Tender documents including pricing.
- Reconciliation of materials and works executed during the month.
- Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs / registers applicable.
- Co-ordinate with all company departments as required for the execution of the Project.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Max 30 years old.
- Bachelor degree of Electrical/Mechanical/Quantity Surveyor with minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 1 year experience as QS MEP for high rise building
- Knowledge of Ms.Office, AutoCAD etc.
- Decent communication skill
- Willing to be placed at Pandaan
