Deskripsi Pekerjaan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver training to both new and existing employees.
- Develop learning materials for process training and ad-hoc initiatives to address performance gaps.
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses to diagnose the cause of performance issues.
- Evaluate the success of Learning Program.
- Review and Redesign of Training Curriculum.
- Provide floor support and guidance to SMEs during live certification.
- Identify and develop non-formal (social/experiential) learning initiatives that result in performance improvement/employee development.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for SMEs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or a graduate of any four-year course.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in process and soft skills training
- Adept with the application of adult learning principles in addressing learning opportunities
- Able to work independently across a broad range of activities
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry is highly preferred
- Has experience in coaching for performance and training needs analysis
- Highly adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and analytical with the ability to learn and train multiple processes
- A can-do attitude to respond to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- A solid sense of accountability and results orientation with the ability to thrive in challenging situations
- Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
