Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy, including the efficiency
- Manage client inquiries and concerns via e-commerce platform
- Update CYAI's website and social media account and keep files of the articles published
- Create marketing materials for advertising, packaging and media channels and branding
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors like designers and advertisers to produce marketing materials to promote success of activities and enhance CYAI's presence
- Devise and organize a calendar of marketing events, advertising and promotional campaigns for products of CYAI to raise brand awareness
- Assemble consumer rating reports by compiling consolidating, formatting and summarizing information, graphs and presentations.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offering, demographics and other information that affects marketing strategies to provide direction to CYAI's Marketing Manager regarding upcoming marketing projects, new product and overall strategy
- Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses
- Learn and work various types of software and digital marketing
- Oversee all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various marketing metrics
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be tech savvy, enthusiastic, passionate, driven, and hungry-for-learning individual who is motivated to be part of a high-functioning marketing team
- Must be well versed in MS Office Suite applications especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint,
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and similar graphics applications
- Must be able to learn fast, is highly adaptable and extremely resourceful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
