Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assesses brand performance and executes corrective actions to strengthen the organization’s leadership in the market.
- Develops annual Marketing Plan.
- Does Consumer Research and write concepts based on insights for new product introductions.
- Manages and executes all approved advertising and promotional campaigns to achieve volume targets and to ensure that spending is within the approved budget.
- Ensures profitability of assigned brands by managing contribution margin.
- Pushes new products to achieve targets and depletion of slow-moving Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).
- Lead all PR initiatives and manage media support.
- Develops direct report towards the fulfilment of his/her career and learning development objectives.
- Proper coordination with support teams for the achievement of brand goals.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Marketing or other related courses with masteral degree/units
- Preferably with atleast 7-10 years relevant work experience in the marketing and product management capacity (preferably with multinational experience)
