Job Summary
Responsible for arranging the payment requests, making payments, verifying accounts payable and receivable. Handle account inquiries from external and internal sources.
Job Description
1. In-charge of the after-sales service of confirmed booked accounts
2. Send regular updates to buyers
3. Collection of buyer’s documentary requirements needed for the application of their loan financing
4. Prepare contracts for every buyer such as Reservation Agreements, Contract to Sell, Deed of Restrictions, Deed of Absolute Sale, and all other pertinent documents required
5. Ensure correctness of all entries in contracts including required document as attachment
6. Monitor buyer’s payment
7. Assist buyer on turnover/move-in of unit
8. Submit daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report
9. Inspect authenticity of documents submitted by clients
10. Perform related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by your Immediate Superior
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Accountancy but any related courses is okay.
- Proven work experience in sales, selling or real estate industry is an advantage
- With strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- With a good Character and Attitude.
