Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Anticipate and adjust schedules for problems.
- Provide information for accurate and timely decisions.
- Manage the sales activity for all principals.
- Support sales representatives' new designs and registrations.
- Manage stock rotation and returns.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Implement new product introductions.
- Manage distribution price book, high volume pricing, and contract pricing.
- Set up and coordinate conference calls with customers and sales team.
- Perform Distributors' inventory reconciliation.
- Be responsible for Distribution Marketing.
- Stay abreast of changes or trends within the industry in order to implement improvements
- Monitor accounts of agents with outstanding accounts receivables.
- Create, distribute, and update SOPs to educate employees.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent in planning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate status, tasks, and reporting.
- Understands work flow process and time commitment.
- Ability to listen and take action.
- Willing to be assigned in Isabela
