Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

This multi-disciplinary senior position will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of our relationship with our Operators, including integrations and enhancement projects.

Specifically the following:

Manage integration projects from conception through launch by managing Operator and internal stakeholder expectations around the solution, timelines, issues, risks, migration strategy and go-live support.
Review integration plans, integration reports, and test procedures.
Write content for new policies, procedures, and services.
Provide Operators with post-installation and integration support

Kualifikasi Minimum

At least 5 years’ experience in a software support/development/QA on Linux and Windows platform
Proficient in Chinese and English language
Familiar with HTML, JavaScript and HTTP
Experience with 3rd party integration, such as payment API
Strong backend experience with Web Services, Rest API and Spring
Familiar with System monitoring
Familiarity and exposure with data-interchange development (XML / JSON / REST) and SQL is a GREAT plus
