Bookkeeper  

Our client in Bonifacio Global City is in need of a bokkeeper who will be responsible for handling the day-to-day functions of the accounts payable and receivable areas.

• Create daily sales reports and record all day-to-day transactions.
• Develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Comply with BIR and other legal requirements and advising management on needed actions.
• File government permits.
• Manage stocks.
• Perform purchasing of materials.
• Contribute to team effort.

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
• Ideally an Associate in Accounting.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Strong organization and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
