Administration Officer | Bookkeeper  

Our client in Bonifacio Global City is in need of an Administration Officer cum bookkeeper. Below is the job description

• Creates daily sales reports and record all day-to-day transactions.
• Develops system to account for financial transactions by:
  • Establishing a chart of accounts.
  • Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Complies with BIR and other legal requirements and advising management on needed actions.
• Files government permits.
• Manages stocks.
• Performs purchasing of materials.
• Contributes to team effort.

• Ideally with an Associate degree in Accounting.
• 6 months to 1-year experience.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work in Taguig
