- Updates prices of merchandise.
- Ensures the attractive merchandise display, updated pricing, and labeling, proper lighting, assortment and organization of items on display, etc. in accordance with the visual merchandising principles and guidelines.

Coordinates with concerned organizational units for the: proper upkeep and preventive maintenance of Showroom fixtures and appliances; health, safety and security of Showroom personnel, customers and visitors; prompt requisition and availability of needed equipment, materials and supplies; and development and implementation of marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities, and other sales support programs and initiatives.

Ensures that every customer of Showroom is accorded with warm, cordial and exemplary customer service, treating them with utmost hospitality and care.

Keeps oneself abreast with the latest trends and technologies of the products of Showroom.

Prepares reports, records, and business correspondence.

Maintains cleanliness and safety in his/her workstation and nearby office areas

Performs the supervisory duties such as but not limited to the following: coaching and counseling of subordinates, delegating tasks and responsibilities, motivation, disciplining subordinates, performance appraisal, employee development planning, etc.

Coordinates with concerned organizational units for the repairs and preventive maintenance of office equipment, tools, and machinery under his/her custody.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course.
- With at least 5-years of relevant sales experience, on a supervisory or managerial capacity.

On May 2002, Cebu Oversea Hardware opened its first Big Box retail type of Building Material Store named Cebu Home and Builders Centre. Strategically located between Cebu and Mandaue City, it is the first of its kind do-it-yourself (DIY) concept retail store in the region with over 5,000 sq. meter of retail space fully stacked with building materials for the construction and housing industry.
Cebu Home and Builders Centre also includes three specialize divisions that cater to specific industry needs; Expo for Lifestyle Toilet and Bath Solutions, Light System for specific Lighting Solutions and Living 'n Style for furniture needs.
The company prides itself to be the forefront in building materials industry in the region today. Cebu Home and Building Centre added two more branches to serve the Mactan Island, which opened in 2004, and the South Market of Cebu in Parsdo area which opened in 2010. The company looks to open a total of eight stores in Cebu Province by 2016.
